My journey hasn’t always been smooth.
I used to struggle with diets, constantly caught between over-restricting and over-indulging. It wasn’t until I hit 27 that I discovered a genuine passion for strength training and truly began to understand the importance of balanced nutrition. This turning point not only transformed my life, but also ignited my commitment to educate others about a sustainable, joyful approach to health.
After qualifying as a personal trainer in 2017, I continued to expand my knowledge by pursuing further education in nutrition, pre and postnatal fitness, digestion, and more. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of women toward their goals—whether that’s prepping for a photo shoot, competing in a marathon or a bikini fitness competition, or simply feeling confident and comfortable in their clothes.
